What happens if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong product?
In this case, Bioherb will proceed to replace the product at no cost to you. To do this, you must communicate it within a period of no more than 48 hours from the receipt of the order at your address with an email to the address support@mybioherb.com indicating the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number and date
- Product name
- Reason for return
In the case of a damaged product, it will also be necessary to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product.
What if I have the wrong product or after receiving it I decide that I am not interested?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. You can return the product without justification within a period of 30 calendar days, from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the good.
To exercise the right to cancel your order, you must unequivocally express to us (such as via email to support@mybioherb.com) your decision to cancel your order.
You must send the goods to us at our facilities located at PO Box 1515, Guaynabo. Puerto Rico 00968 within the indicated period. The direct costs caused by the return will be covered by the customer.
- If a single product has been purchased and it has been uncovered and/or used, it will not be necessary to return the product.
- If more than 1 product is purchased in your order, the returned products must be in perfect condition, with their original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any opened product or with signs of manipulation.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means used to pay for the order within a period of no more than 14 business days once we receive the product. In the case of orders paid on delivery, it will be necessary to provide a bank account number to make the transfer.
