SHIPPING POLICIES

The sale of the content of Bioherb Nutirtion LLC is allowed exclusively to users residing in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

 

Shipping costs

  • Orders up to $ 49.99 have a fixed cost of $ 7.95.
  • Shipping to the US, Puerto Rico and Canada is free from $ 50.00

SHIPPING COURIER

We currently ship with USPS, UPS, and DHL. Depending on the amount of the order and the shipping area, you can select one of these agencies during the processing of your order.

Delivery times

The usual delivery time is 2-5 business days after the business day the order is placed, provided that it is orders on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends and holidays will always be counted as if they had been made the next business day before 2:00 p.m. In both cases, they will be delivered in a maximum of 2-5 business days.

However, and to avoid misunderstandings, we emphasize that, although this may not always be the case, we try to serve it overnight whenever possible and as long as there is stock availability of all the items ordered. In the event of a stock shortage or supply delay, we will contact you to inform you of the delay in delivery or to make any changes at your convenience. If you are not satisfied with the new situation and would like to cancel your order, the amount of the order will be refunded as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding in those cases where there are slight delays due to transportation problems beyond our control. We note that delivery times refer to the first delivery attempt by the transport agency. This amount will depend on the weight of the package and will be notified by the transport agency so that it is paid in cash by the customer at the time of delivery. In the event that the recipient does not accept the shipment and the transport returns the package to us, the amount of the order products will be reimbursed, WITHOUT the shipping costs, and $ 3.50 will also be subtracted as compensation for the processing of the return shipment by the transport agency.
